MANIAC USES RAZOR ON A SLEEPING FAMILY
Wounds His Mother and Sister, Kills a Boarder and Then Commits Suicide.
LAPEER, Mich., Dec. 16.— John Best, aged 28 years, single, arose from his bed during the night and cut Jasper [James] Clegg's head, nearly off with a razor, dangerously wounded his own mother and his sister and finished by killing himself.
