Follow Friday- Flintlock and tomahawk Is A Military History Gem

While researching the Chevalier Johnstone for this blog post on my "Relatively Fiction" blog, I found that the "Flintlock and tomahawk" blog had a post about the very same Chevalier Johnstone!

A more recent post featured an "iconic" painting depicting the Death of General Wolfe on the Plains of Abraham. Where else can one learn about art history, art restoration and a pivotal military battle in one short film?

Note: General Wolfe and the Chevalier Johnstone were on opposing sides in the Battle of the Plains of Abraham (a battle in the French-Indian War).
