Liberty was the son of David & Sally (Phelps) Irish. [See Find-A-Grave Entry For David Irish]
Sarah Jane was the daughter of Amos & Louvisa (Williams) Orton; a bio of her brother can be found here.

In 1860 Liberty Irish was living with his mother, Sally.
Liberty was the head of household in the 1870 census (Oakland Co., MI); his mother, Sally, was living with him. Judith Irish was living nearby with George Irish (probably her son).
