Affidavits included in Robert Hinds' application given by Cynthia Parks and her son, M.C. Parks, of Franklin Co., Tennessee, in 1906. An added interest to me was that letterhead paper of the Tennessee Mill Company of Estill Springs, Tennessee, was used for their statements.
