Samuel Phelps, Plaintif [sic] against Richard Bandy and Robert Hudgens, Defendants.  On a Writ o Scire Facias.  The sherif made return on the second Writ that the defendants are not found within his Bailiwic and the plaintif is to have execution against them of the Debt & Costs amounting to seventy four pounds current money but to be discharged by the payment of thirty seven pounds with interest from the twenty fifth of 26 May 1762.

Robert Hudgens & John Colquit, Executors of John Hudgens, deceased, Plaintifs against Richard Bandy, Defendant.  In Debt, This day came the Plaintifs by their attorney and the sherif made attachment on one Puter Plate of the Defendants Estate the Defendant made default and the plaintifs recover their debt amounting to sixteen Pounds current money with their costs to be discharged by the payment of eight pounds with Interest after then Rate of five per centum per annum from the eleventh day of February one thousand seven hundred and sixty 'til paid and the sherif sell the attached effects and pay the money arising thereby to the Plts. towards the discharge of this Judgement.

Robert Bandy, Plt. against Robert Hudgens, Def.  On a Petition.  On hearing the testimony of the witnesses and the arguments of the parties it is considered that the plaintifs petition be dismised and the defendant recover his costs.  On the motion of Ambrose Hudgens, a Witness for Robert Hudgens at the suit of Richard Bandy, it is ordered that Robert Hudgens pay him seventy five pounds of tobacco for three days attendance.  On the motion of James Hudgens, Witness for Robert Hudgens at the suit of Richard Bandy, ordered that Robert Hudgens pay him seventy five pounds of tobacco for three days attendance.  On the motion of of Samuel Powel, Witness for Robert Hudgens at the suit of Richard Bandy, ordered that Robert Hudgens pay him twenty five pounds of tobacco for one days attendance.  On the motion of James Dowdy, Witness for Richard Bandy against Robert Hudgens , ordered that Richard Bandy pay him two hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco for ten days attendance.  On the motion of James Dowdy, junior, Witness for Richard Bandy against Robert Hudgens, ordered Richard Bandy pay him two hundred & fifty pounds of tobacco for ten days attendance.  On the motion of John Fitzgareld, Witness for Richard Bandy against Robert Hudgens, ordered Richard Bandy pay him two hundred and twenty five pounds of tobacco for nine days attendance.
