Harville, James, Hickman, Tenn. Enlisted in company F, Fourteenth Infantry [Michigan], Feb. 2, 1864, at Columbia, Tenn., for 3 years, age 18. Mustered Feb. 2, 1864. On duty with Sixteenth Illinois Infantry March 24, 1864. Died at Chattanooga, Tenn., May 2, 1864. Buried in National Cemetery, Chattanooga, Tenn.Grave No. 1154. [Source]
