My dear Cousin Montreal 21st Sept. 1807
I wrote to ask you on the 3rd all in which I have not received an answer which I wished on account of Alick for whom I wished as I formerly wrote I was on the look out for a place for him and was likely to get one about 10 days ago when I spoke to Alick who said that he would not engage any where without your particular instructions. If you mean to continue him here at school, I would recommend that he should be removed from his present boarding house on account of its being a Tavern where the morals of a young person may be apt to be corrupted and I remain in haste
