Ormsby, and Jane Ormsby, minors under the age of fourteen years...that being in Shawneetown some years since and having monies in hand belonging to his children...derived to them through their mother, Jane, wife of this petitioner, who has separate maintenance settled on her by Oliver Ormsby of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania...
