Ordered [April Sessions 1795] that the mill built by William Hines be considered a public mill
Ordered that Aquilla Low [July Sessions 1796] hath liberty to build a public grist mill on his own land on Beaver dam Creek
Ordered that [April Sessions 1797] Samuel Hinds have liberty to build a public mill on his own land on the lower sinking branch of Beaver Creek
On motion of John Hinds, Senr., [April Sessions 1805] it is ordered that he have liberty to build a public grist mill on his own land, on the lower sinking branch of Beaver creek
