Mary Eno Died In Prison

"That the said Peter Eno came to his death upon the 15th day of October, 1851, ' at Flint, in the county aforesaid, by means of poison administered to him by Mary Eno his wife, and William East-man."

Two life convicts in the State Prison of Michigan have died...[one] known as " Mackinaw," and Mrs. Mary Eno both incarcerated for the crime murder. [snip] Mrs. Eno was sent from Genesee County, some six years served, for the murder of her husband. We believe her accomplice, a hired man, w as also sent at the same time, and is still an inmate of the solitary prison.
