The index card indicated that Dr. John J. Garrett of Trumann, Arkansas, also practiced in Rockvale, Rutherford County,Tennessee.  [HE DIDN'T]  The Rockvale doctor's AMA card [Image 3036].

The OTHER Doctor Garrett was a regular doctor (R), who attended the Univ. of TN (Nashville) per code "301," and graduated in 1900, per the 1904 Medical Directory entry below.  It is still unknown where OUR Dr. Garrett attended medical/dental school.
