Clarissa was the widow of Revolutionary War veteran Peleg Sisson (his first wife was Abigail Richmond). She was age 62 when the above document was created (11 April 1855). She married Peleg Sisson in Murray, Orleans County, New York, on September 8, 1833. Peleg died in Murray, New York on 11 August 1836.
