Affidavit from Martha Jane Robinson, age 40, residence about a mile from the house of Caswell Garrett, the claimant where I have lived since 1853 or 1854. My husband is a farmer. Caswell Garrett the claimant is my brother, and I have no interest in the success of his claim beyond that.
My ancestor was Joseph "Cas" Garrett and I have wondered if there is a relationship to this Caswell Garrett.
