Lucius Hayes' wife, Mary Elizabeth Hayes, mentioned here.  Also mentioned was property in Champlain, Clinton County, New York, being a part of Lot #3 of the 80 acre lots in the Canadian and Nova Scotia refugee tract bounded on the west by the road leading from Champlain village to Chazy village, on the north and east by lands owned by Lucius D. Hayes, and on the south by land owned by Hugh Stewart....being the premises deeded to the testator herein by Nelson N. Moore and sisters on May 24, 1864.....
