Obituary of Edna Headen

From the Tuesday, September 16, 1958, edition of the Orlando Sentinel:

MISS EDNA MAY HEADEN, 53, 2701 Raeford Rd., died Monday in a local hospital. Born in Kansas City, Mo., she moved to Florida in 1935 from Minneapolis, Minn. She was active for more than 15 years as a teacher of exceptional children's classes at Memorial Junior High School and Robert E. Lee Junior High School. She was a member of the Orlando Classroom Teachers Assn., Florida Education Assn., and the National Education Assn. As a member of the Kissimmee Presbyterian Church where her father, the late Edgar Headen, served as pastor for many years, she was choir director. Surviving are two brothers, Horace William Headen, Sunland, Calif., and Harvey V. Headen, Minneapolis, Minn. W. Guy Black Home for Funerals is in charge.
