After diligent research, Aquilla Lowe & James Scott were recognized an honored as Revolutionary War veterans.
The name Aquilla Lowe got my attention since one of my ancestors, Aquilla Greer, had married Elizabeth Lowe. Aquilla Lowe is mentioned on the Lowes of Gunpowder Road, Maryland, website, a site that also mentions my Aquilla & Elizabeth (Lowe) Greer, but it was unclear to me if Aquilla Lowe belongs to those Lowes.
It's always good to recognize the Revolutionary War veterans and to see a researcher's hard work rewarded.
