My great-grandfather James Dudley Johnson was born on July 14, 1862, in Harrisburg, Saline County, Illinois, to James (b. TN) and Nancy (Graves) Johnson. He married Katie Rice in Saline County; she died (about 1906). J.D. Johnson died in Trumann, Willis Twp., Poinsett County, Arkansas, on August 9, 1932, of stomach cancer. The informant was his son, Everett Johnson.
